- Blossoms School was established in 1981
- In 1991 the school completed a decade which started with 5 students from Nursery and grew up into a full fledged institution.
- 1993 – Computer education was added to the school curriculum.
- By 1995 – a significant progress was the completion of the first stage of the school building. The recognition of the school with the Central Board of Secondary Education was a feather in our cap.
- 1997 – the first batch of class X students appeared for the exam of the Secondary School Education Board in the month of March with 100% result.
- By 1998 – the school had full fledged laboratories, a well stocked library and fully equipped computer lab, being the first in Patiala to provide access to internet to our students.
- 2003 – As a co-ordinator the school conducted a Green Olympiadâ™ workshop for teachers of Punjab and Chandigarh.
- During the session Career Counseling Seminar was held by Human Learning System India by Amitabh Mohan, his objective was to make students aware of their special interest and potential.
- 2004 – Central Board of Secondary Education granted the up- gradation of the school to Senior Secondary levels for Medical, Non-Medical, Humanities and Commerce streams taking the school to Senior Secondary Level. During the session eminent Counsellor Mrs. Usha Alburqueque organised a seminar on Career Counseling and personality development of students.
- 2006 – The school celebrated its Silver Jubilee enthusiastically with various events. Capt.Amrinder Singh (Ex-Chief Minister of Punjab) was the chief guest.
- 2007 – School celebrated 150th anniversary of Uprising of 1857™ celebration. Gen. M.S. Chahal (Retd.) was the Chief Guest.
- 2008 – School children participated in the Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition, a joint venture of NASA and Atlantic Research India to motivate students to come up with ideas to establish first human colony in the space. Our students presented a proposal naming Blossomitecta and got a chance to meet and interact with famous astronaut Sunita Williams at Gurgaon.
- 2009 – Taekwondo was started as a game in the school. A qualified instructor has been employed.
- 2010 – Smart Classes were introduced in the school from Nursery to 10+2. Brig. Manmohan Singh Memorial Inter School Declamation contest was introduced as a regular annual feature.
- 2011 – School adopted Environmental Park where students of class IX and X visit every week to work.
