Blossoms Sr. Sec. School is situated on the outskirts of Patiala having environment friendly atmosphere with spacious and airy class rooms.
School has a big Hall with a sitting capacity of 200 students which is utilised during the school exhibitions of different subjects, inter-school activities like debate, poem recitation and extension lectures from expertise.
The school has well equipped laboratories one each for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There is a Language Lab where school provides language programs in English. It has facility of overhead projector, audio-video cassettes, CDs and Head phones. It has independent computer with wifi connectivity where we can download material from internet which is used during teaching.
The school has a Maths lab as per CBSE instructions in which students perform their practical according to curriculum. It has got facilities of innovative Models, Charts and other teaching aids which helps the student in learning effectively
There is well stacked computerized and air conditioned library. Text books are becoming inadequate, so regular self study of library books is encouraged. News papers in English, Hindi and Punjabi are provided in the library along with all the educational magazines. School has fully equipped Computer Lab. The Computer lab has also wifi internet access and other latest techniques used to deliver lectures like LCD Projector, curriculum and other educational CDs.
A little Gym has been introduced for the physical and mental development of the junior children of the school.
The vast play grounds provide the students ample opportunities to channelize their energies through games and sports. It has play fields including a track and a concrete basketball court as per National level. . The school has a separate sports room where indoor activities and games like Taekwando, Chess and Carom are played.
There is a activity Room for the Montessori section equipped with Smart Class, toys, flash cards, puzzles and other activities are being held like collage work, coloring, plasticine, painting, dramatisation of the stories and poems, celebrations of important events like festivals. Parents are also involved in some of the activities like Rakhi making, Christmas celebration etc.
A Music Room and an Art Room have been earmarked to allow the students to indulge their aesthetic sense and creativity. To enhance their skills various inter-house painting competitions are held. They also participated in the inter-school competitions for painting and music held under the Sahodaya School Complex Patiala.
Old papers and waste are re-cycled to make paper bags in the re-cycling plant set up in the school itself.
The school also provides the transport facility to the students in and around the Patiala.
